Arnie Herz is Of Counsel to the Hamburger Law Firm and also serves as Special Counsel with MarketCounsel, an affiliated business, regulatory, and compliance consulting firm for entrepreneurial investment advisory firms nationwide. His current work for the firm concentrates on intellectual property matters. Arnie is recognized by his peers as one of New York’s top business and trademark lawyers. Listed as a Preeminent Lawyer (AV rating) by Martindale Hubble since 2003 and New York Super Lawyers since 2008, Herz has handled complex range of business transactions for clients across many industries and serves as a court appointed mediator for the Federal and State Courts of New York. As trademark counsel to some of the most recognized brands in the USA and beyond, Herz has prosecuted hundreds of trademark applications in over 30 countries.

A graduate of the University of Michigan (BA 1984) and Fordham Law School (JD 1991), Herz began his career nearly 20 years ago at the international law firm of Weil Gotshal & Manges, LLP.
