Jennifer Juste serves as Senior Counsel at MarketCounsel and is an Associate of the Hamburger Law Firm, an affiliated boutique law firm providing the securities industry with unparalleled legal counsel.

Ms. Juste concentrates in the areas of the regulation and compliance of investment advisers and broker-dealers.  She is also responsible for providing assistance to clients of the RIA Incubator program as well as members of the RIA Institute for Compliance Management.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Juste practiced as an investment management associate in the New York office of Ropes & Gray where she focused her practice on the representation of registered investment companies and private investment funds such as private equity funds and hedge funds.  She has also represented pension funds in their securities litigation claims against issuers and underwriters.

Ms. Juste earned her undergraduate degree from the University at Albany, State University of New York with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration where she had a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing. She earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.  While at Fordham University School of Law, Ms. Juste was a member of the Fordham Law Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.

Ms. Juste lives in New York City.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, reading and traveling.
