MarketCounsel’s headquarters is situated in Englewood, New Jersey, conveniently located in the heart of the New York metropolitan area in a custom-built facility designed to our exacting specifications and unique needs. The office is located 10 miles from midtown Manhattan and within a short drive of all three major metropolitan New York commercial airports, and we are less than 5 miles from the metropolitan area’s primary private executive airport. We are also served by Amtrak and New Jersey Transit via major train stations within 20 miles of Newark Penn Station and New York Penn Station as well as bus service to and from Manhattan and surrounding areas. DRIVING DIRECTIONS


Palisades Interstate Parkway.

Take exit 1 for “Palisade Avenue / Englewood / Englewood Cliffs.” Bear right on ramp onto East Palisade Avenue and continue downhill for 2 miles. Look for us two blocks after the railroad tracks, on the right side of the street. We are located on the corner of West Palisade Avenue and James Street (just past JP Morgan Chase bank). Please see below for parking options. Once inside our building, take the elevator to the second floor.


NJ Turnpike north.

Pay toll at exit 18W (last toll). Follow the local lanes of I-95 northbound towards the George Washington Bridge. Take exit 71 for “Broad Ave. / Englewood.” Turn right onto Broad Avenue. Continue straight for 1 mile as Broad Avenue becomes Dana Place. There is a traffic light at the end of Dana Place. Turn left onto East Palisade Avenue. Continue downhill on East Palisade Avenue for 1.2 miles. Look for us two blocks after the railroad tracks, on the right side of the street. We are located on the corner of West Palisade Avenue and James Street (just past JP Morgan Chase bank). Please see below for parking options. Route 80 east.

At the end of I-80, bear right onto the local lanes of I-95 northbound towards the George Washington Bridge. Take exit 71 for “Broad Ave. / Englewood.” Turn right onto Broad Avenue. Interstate 95 south.

Cross the George Washington Bridge to New Jersey. Take exit 74 for the Palisades Interstate Parkway and merge onto the Palisades Interstate Parkway north. Take “Englewood / Grand Avenue” exit. Proceed on Grand Avenue for 1.1 miles and make a left onto East Palisade Avenue. Continue on East Palisade Avenue for 0.3 miles. Route 4 East.

Take the second Grand Avenue (Englewood) exit. Bear right (on Rockwood Place), then turn right, onto Grand Avenue. Stay on Grand Avenue for 1.1 miles, and make a left onto East Palisade Avenue. Garden State Parkway north.

Take exit 161 (Paramus/NJ Route 4). Stay on Route 4 for 6 miles and take the second Grand Avenue (Englewood) exit. Bear right (on Rockwood Place) then turn right onto Grand Avenue. Stay on Grand Avenue for 1.1 miles and make a left onto East Palisade Avenue. Continue on East Palisade Avenue for 0.3 miles. MASS TRANSIT

NJ Transit Bus Service. Take the #166, #178, #186, #756 or #780 bus to the “Van Brunt St. & Palisade Avenue” stop in Englewood. Continue walking down (west) Palisade Avenue to the next block. We are located on the corner of West Palisade Avenue and James Street (just past JP Morgan Chase bank). Once inside our building, take the elevator to the second floor.

Red & Tan Bus Service. Take the #11A, #20, or #14 bus to the “Van Brunt St. & Palisade Avenue” stop in Englewood. Continue walking down Palisade Avenue to the next block. We are located on the corner of West Palisade Avenue and James Street (just past JP Morgan Chase bank). Once inside our building, take the elevator to the second floor.


PARKING


Private Parking Lot.

Once you have arrived, you are invited to use our parking lot, without charge, located one block from our building. To get to our parking lot from our building, make a right immediately after our building onto James Street. Proceed two blocks and make a left onto James Court (it will be a dead end street). Then, take an immediate left into the parking lot.  We have reserved parking spaces #10 and 11 for our guests to use.


Public Street Parking.

Metered parking is also available directly in front of the office on West Palisade Avenue with a 1 hour limit. If you utilize metered parking, please check in with our Firm Concierge so he may monitor your meter, ensuring that your time spent with us will not be limited, or interrupted.
